Scholarship Competition Announced; Deadline January 31st

The Virtu Foundation has scheduled a competition for musicians interested in securing violin, viola or cello Scholarships. Applications will be accepted until Midnight, January 31, 2008. Foundation President Curtis Peterson noted that this was Virtu's first Scholarship competition in two years. "There is always a greater demand for instruments than the number of instruments available. We are pleased to have a diverse selection gathered for this competition", Peterson commented
